Important rental requirements

All renters and riders must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID may be requested at pick-up.
A valid form of identification (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) is required at pick-up.
A refundable security deposit of €100 per e-bike is required at pick-up. The deposit can only be paid in cash.
We are currently unable to accept the security deposit by card or any other payment method. If the cash security deposit cannot be provided at pick-up, we will unfortunately be unable to hand over the e-bike(s).
The deposit will be refunded in cash after the rental period, provided the bike(s) are returned in accordance with our rental terms and conditions.
