    Choose your premium e-bike, select your dates, and pay securely online with iDEAL, credit card, or Apple Pay.

    Pick up at our shop

    Walk 5 minutes from Koog aan de Zaan station. Pick up between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM — all renters and riders must be at least 18 years old, bring a valid ID, and a €100 cash deposit per e-bike. We'll have your bike ready, adjusted to your height, with a free lock and route suggestions.

    Explore Zaandam by bike

    Ride out to Zaanse Schans, along the Zaan river, or follow one of our suggested routes. On your last day, return between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Same-day return? Contact us before booking.

How does booking work?
Pick your dates and bike on our website, pay securely online with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and you'll receive an instant confirmation by email. Pick up at our shop in Zaandam (5 minutes from Koog aan de Zaan station) between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. All renters and riders must be at least 18 years old, and a refundable cash deposit of €100 per e-bike is required at pick-up (cash only). On your last rental day, return between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Same-day return? Contact us before booking.
How much is the security deposit?
A refundable cash security deposit of €100 per e-bike is required at pick-up. The deposit can only be paid in cash. We cannot hand over the e-bikes if the full deposit is not provided.
What's included with my rental?
Every rental includes a high-quality lock, a helmet on request, route suggestions to the Zaanse Schans and beyond, and friendly support in English and Dutch. Optional accessories like a bike bag or extra helmet may be available — just ask when booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your pickup time and receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of the rental fee is refunded. No-show bookings are not refunded.
How do I reach your shop?
We're located at Westzijde 273, 1506 GE Zaandam — a 5-minute walk from Koog aan de Zaan train station. From Amsterdam Central, take the Sprinter train towards Alkmaar or Uitgeest (15 minutes). Free street parking is available if you're coming by car (20 minutes from Amsterdam via the A8).
